Returns

Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags where applicable.

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, certain personal items, including undergarments, may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been opened, worn, or used, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
